One of our best investements

We’ve been using DataVault for several years, a family of six, syncing laptops, ipads and phones. We’ve had some sycing issues in the past, which we solved by logging out and logging back in, or, if that didnt work, delete the app and reinstall it. However, we haven’t had to do this in more than a year.

The only thing we wish we could do it create our categories differently. We “think different” than the DataVault programers: we organize by the person, not the field. We sent them some recommendations and had a positive email exchange about this several years ago, but they’ve never changed. We found a way to make it work for us.
