Great Experience With Customer Service

First, we changed from another password manager to DataVault over a year ago and have been very pleased with its functionality and reliability. We particularly like the ability to synchronize between our iMac and my wife’s and my iPhones in addtion to being able to export a backup. I’m prompted to write this review as I recently had an issue synchronizing my wife’s new phone. I contacted technical support by email. Over the course of several emails, the issue was easily resolved. I highly recommend the app, based on its functionality, security, ease of use, and its technical support.
