Did I get a refund

I am having too much trouble with synchronizing datavault among all my devices and it’s very hard to understand how to restore information from a backup file on my iCloud (?). Since my phone got stolen recently, I wanted to install datavault on my macbook air. It wouldn’t let me unless I purchase it again for $10. I purchased it only to try and retrieve a backup of all my passwords, and then I was going to just delete it. It appears that I wasn’t even able to use the purchased datavault to restore all my passwords. So all of my passwords are lost. I asked for a refund at least so I can at least break even with my horrible decision to use datavault. NOPE. They didn’t give me a refund.

Anyway, why not just use an excel doc on google drive to store all your passwords? It’s easier to syncronize, if you put it on a password-protected account different from all your other files you’ll be fine, and it’s cheaper.
